Dear International students, scholars and visitors, welcome to the Internationalization Office of the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) located on the slopes of the Uluguru mountains. Dr. Jacqueline Kajembe

Dr. Jacqueline George Kajembe is a Tanzanian forestry researcher and alumna of Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). She currently serves as a Research Officer at the Tanzania Forestry Research Institute (TAFORI), where her work focuses on forest production research and agroforestry systems. Her academic interests include sustainable land use, biodiversity conservation, and climate adaptation through agroforestry.

Dr. Kajembe earned her undergraduate degree from SUA, laying the foundation for her career in natural resource management. She furthered her studies at Aarhus University in Denmark, enhancing her expertise in environmental sciences.
